I think one of the most overwhelming pieces to camping is PACKING. Once you're in the wilderness, you want to really enjoy being there. Not running back to Wal-Mart for forgotten stuff, or eating out every meal... so, to help you maximize the time outside and minimize the time inside I created this free camping packing list template!
Print a copy for each of your kiddos. Write in what they need to pack and let them check it off as they pack it!
Here's a sample of what I may pack for a camping trip. Obviously each trip is different... weather changes what we pack, where we are going changes what we pack... but hopefully it's helpful!
